We are seeking a skilled and driven

Mid-Level Litigation Paralegal

with

3-7 years of experience

at a large law firm or specialized litigation boutique. This role involves managing complex litigation, investigations, and arbitration matters across all stages, from discovery to trial preparation. Education: Bachelor\'s degree required; paralegal certificate preferred. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of litigation paralegal experience at an AmLaw 100 firm or specialized litigation/dispute resolution firm. Demonstrated expertise in litigation processes, including e-discovery tools, e-filing, and trial preparation. Previous experience with trial or arbitration proceedings is preferred. Skills: Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to multitask effectively while managing tasks with precision and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Familiarity with cite-checking, Bluebook rules, and California Style Manual (preferred). Capable of working under pressure, meeting deadlines, and accommodating overtime or travel as needed. Responsibilities

Litigation Management:

Organize case files, manage calendaring, coordinate discovery efforts, and prepare for trial and arbitration proceedings. Collaboration:

Work closely with attorneys and senior paralegals, providing guidance to junior paralegals and support staff as required. Coordination:

Liaise with courts, government entities, expert witnesses, vendors, and other law firms to facilitate case progress. Document Handling:

Draft, review, and analyze legal documents; conduct legal research under attorney supervision. Confidentiality:

Safeguard sensitive firm and client information, maintaining professional discretion. Skill Development:

Stay updated on legal profession changes and continuously develop advanced skills to optimize performance.
