Develop technical expertise in all products designated as the responsibility of the Product Manager (PM). Act as the main liaison with manufacturers of the assigned products and collaborate with the category management team. Facilitate training of the MFCP sales organization to ensure personnel are competent in understanding products and applications for sales opportunities. Identify new markets and associated products to expand MFCP expertise and grow sales of assigned products; provide insights to category management through planning processes. Visit all branches to develop target accounts and assist in developing branch personnel. Work with the category management team to establish proper inventory levels. Oversee profitable growth and margin enhancement for sales opportunities in collaboration with category management and strategic initiatives teams. Coordinate efforts with all relevant departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Demonstrate leadership, set and achieve company goals. Conduct monthly meetings with IHP and FCG team members. Attend Parker DAC and NAHAD Conference. Basic Requirements

College degree or relevant technical degree and/or minimum 7 years of experience selling Fluid Connector and Hydraulic Hose. Multiple manufacturers experience is a plus. Familiarity with hydraulic hose and fittings selection and applications, especially Parker Hannifin. Experience or education in business administration is desirable. Proficient in all Parker Hannifin Fluid Connector Groups. PTAC certification a bonus. Excellent written and oral communication and strong relationship-building skills. Detail oriented with solid organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Strong computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); willingness to learn new software. Experience with Epicor Prophet 21 is a plus. Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record per company guidelines. Physical Demands and Work Environment

Salary: $125k - $150k plus incentive (commission) Benefits
