Bilingual Retail Associate (Spanish)

Your main responsibilities will include: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through outstanding sales service. Assisting customers in person and over the phone by understanding their needs and suggesting suitable products and services. Building trustful relationships with our wholesale and retail customers. Accurately processing sales transactions in accordance with company policies. Meeting and exceeding sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Maintaining detailed work order files and formulas. Preparing products from the sales floor or warehouse, including tinting and mixing as needed. Stocking shelves and setting up attractive displays to enhance the shopping experience. Cleaning store equipment and ensuring a tidy work environment. Assisting with deliveries when required. Keeping assigned areas well-stocked and visually appealing. Staying up-to-date on product knowledge to better assist customers. Following inventory control procedures and suggesting sales improvement strategies. This position offers a competitive starting pay of $16.40 per hour and is eligible for an array of health benefits, including prescription savings, retirement options, and generous time-off policies like vacation and holidays. Please note: The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at Store #3143, located at 261 E. Northwest Highway Palatine, IL 60067. This role may also require assistance in neighboring locations: Lake Zurich Store 3269 and Fox River Grove Store 3400. This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling.
