Looking for true Entrepreneurs to open their own AAA Agency. AAA - The Auto Club Group is seeking ambitious, business-minded, and visionary Entrepreneurial Agency Owners to join our team. Earning potential is unlimited through a 100% incentive-based compensation structure, with competitive new-business and renewal commissions, complemented by bonus programs to support growth at all stages of the agency’s development. The Agency Launch bonus is paid once the candidate launches a fully compliant AAA branded agency: $20,000 Marketing Reimbursement
Paid to Agency Owner: $20,000 ($5,000 per quarter) First 36 months – measured on a quarterly basis Starts in year 3 (month 25) Strong Support Throughout the Process
The EA model is designed to serve the needs of our members with thoughtful data-driven candidate selection, interview processes, and agency location placement. We provide EAs with assistance on launching and developing a sustainable, profitable business year over year. Onboarding includes a detailed deployment plan to ensure compliance with AAA protocols and standards. Training combines in-person and virtual formats, covering core business skills, sales, customer service, products, and systems. Resources help you grow and manage licensed staff, financials, and cash flows, develop a business plan, and access a network of experienced EAs and other experts. This opportunity is for self-motivated, results-driven business people interested in building a profitable, multi-line insurance agency. You’ll bring business or industry-relevant experience and need capital to ensure your agency delivers the service AAA—and our members—expect. You’ll own and grow an insurance agency that serves new and prospective AAA Members, selling property and casualty, life insurance, and AAA memberships along with other products to a defined, loyal client base. Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance Licensing, preferred but not required: if not licensed, you must be willing to obtain at candidate's expense Review and completion of the Business Plan/Cash flow analysis (AAA provides assistance and guidance) Learning & Development requirements: 4 weeks of 100% virtual training/live instructor class AAA branded office – must be an approved office space 75K proof of investable capital – proof of funds available for investment into your own business (seasoned for 60 days) Must be able to pass background check (criminal history and credit/financial) 2 licensed staff Products include
AAA Membership — Auto, bicycle, RV, and motorcycle programs; access to roadside assistance and member savings Property and casualty insurance — Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Flood, RV, Boat, Motorcycle, and Commercial Lines; access to brokered products from multiple carriers (varies by state) Life Insurance — Term, Universal Life, Whole Life and Annuities Seniority level
