Job Description
Lead and oversee
all phases of a large-scale multifamily project, from preconstruction through closeout. Manage budgets and schedules
to ensure the project is delivered on time and within financial targets. Coordinate and direct subcontractors, vendors, and project teams
to maintain quality and safety standards. Drive communication
with owners, architects, and engineers, ensuring alignment and timely issue resolution. Monitor progress and performance , preparing regular updates and reports for stakeholders. Implement and enforce safety protocols
to uphold compliance and maintain a safe jobsite. The Successful Applicant
Experience:
5-10 years managing large-scale multifamily projects, ideally podium-style and precast garage developments. Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management. Leadership:
Proven ability to lead teams, foster collaboration, and drive accountability across project stakeholders. Communication:
Clear and professional in managing client, architect, and subcontractor relationships. Personal Qualities:
