Transdev provides a broad range of services for the client’s autonomous driving testing and development efforts. The Operations Manager acts as the Transdev operations liaison working with the client’s and Transdev employees. Evaluates and interacts with the vehicle drivers and their Operations team, including coaching, mentoring, disciplinary actions, hiring, and termination as necessary. They are accountable for shift performance and compliance with processes, training, and system emergency responses. They assure coordination with other shifts and drive process improvements. They act as an intermediary between the Senior Operations Manager and the shift Operations Supervisors. Key Responsibilities

Supervise the daily activity of the Operations Supervisor (OS) to ensure efficient operation of the shift Drive special projects and programs completed as assigned by the Senior Operations Manager (SOM) Attend meetings with the client to represent SOM or other functional managers as needed Communicate clearly with Transdev management and the client stakeholders Support client operations leadership in daily dispatch management, including mission assignment, leading meetings, and stakeholder communications Participate in Lean/Kaizen and other Operational Excellence initiatives Interpret metrics, identify opportunities and implement actions to drive results Ensure site-wide compliance with global process standards and pursue continuous improvement Perform vehicle driver safety evaluations, observe drivers, and administer retraining; manage the performance-based pay program for subordinates and involve the SOM for manager evaluations Coordinate and supervise subordinates; communicate operational and personnel issues to management and contribute to resolution Ensure daily operation processes are conducted as expected (start of shift, egress, pre-briefs, debriefs, etc.) Respond to service problems (outages, rerouting, accidents) toward service restoration; assist with accident reporting and post-accident testing Assist passengers as necessary and address unsafe locations or situations with recommendations for resolution Develop and schedule program work plans with client staff; oversee daily operations and determine priorities Maintain routine records and perform related clerical duties; maintain confidentiality Other duties as assigned Required Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or 2+ years of operations experience leading teams Preferred Education: Degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field 2 or more years of relevant experience desired; some supervisory experience preferred Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)

Knowledge of the service area and ability to read maps/digital directions Ability to use a computer to generate reports and schedules Ability to supervise others and make quality business decisions regarding operations Ability to read, understand, and interpret operating rules, regulations, policies, routes Strong written and oral communication skills Strong organizational, analytical, and detail-oriented skills Travel up to 20% Must be on call and responsive for 24/7 operations Flexible schedule including weekends, nights and holidays; ability to stand and walk up to 10 hours per shift Physical Requirements

Long periods of standing, walking, and sitting Use hands to finger; handle or feel; speak and hear; climb stairs and/or ladders Occasionally reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl Indoors with climate control; may work in extreme temperatures and damp environments Occasionally lift and/or move up to 45 pounds Near and far vision requirements and depth perception Pre-Employment Requirements
