The Property Maintenance Manager is responsible for directing the efforts of lawn care and landscape cultivation. Responsibilities
Manage a group of workers responsible for caring for the grounds at all properties. Mow lawns with riding lawnmowers or manual mowers. Trim weeds and bushes, and edge lawns using a variety of machines. Plan landscaping projects Schedule work for crew and check for weather conditions before convening. Perform routine maintenance duties. Prune trees and shrubs. Hire, train, and supervise groundskeeping staff. Order work and repairs. General Property maintenance. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree . Three plus years of experience in property maintenance . Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Experience in general maintenance. Experience operation all forms of lawn and landscaping machines and tools. Great attention to detail. Proficiency with computers and programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet. Conditions of Employment
