Responsibilities
Lead the analytics strategy and roadmap in collaboration with business stakeholders across the portfolio
Deliver safety signal detection, integrated safety reviews, risk evaluations, and safety operations using various data sources
Partner with regulatory affairs teams to monitor competitive landscapes and improve submission processes
Manage a team of data scientists and analysts, promoting a culture of accountability and curiosity
Stay updated on industry trends and implement AI/ML solutions to enhance business operations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field and 8+ years of experience in data analytics
Proven track record of managing large-scale data projects and leading high-performing teams
Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and data analysis tools
Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field and 6+ years of experience in data analytics
Familiarity with clinical systems such as EDC, CTMS, IRT, and Argus
Experience in operationalizing AI/ML solutions in a business context
Strong capability in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks effectively
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality outputs
