What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead the development of analytics and digital tools for research and supply production
Provide predictive models and risk assessments to senior leadership for informed decision-making
Collaborate with product managers to define KPIs and develop role-based dashboards
Manage a team of data scientists and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Stay updated on industry trends to drive innovation in data insights and analytics
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field and 8+ years of experience in data analytics
Master’s degree in a related field and 6+ years of experience, or PhD with 4+ years of experience
Proven track record of managing large-scale data projects and leading high-performing teams
Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with clinical systems such as EDC, CTMS, IRT, and Argus
Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries to develop algorithms
Familiarity with Agentic AI
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and strong teamwork spirit
