Lead the analytics strategy and roadmap in collaboration with business stakeholders across the portfolio

What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field with 8+ years of relevant experience
Proven track record in managing large-scale data projects and leading high-performing teams
Familiarity with clinical systems such as EDC, CTMS, IRT, and Argus
Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries for developing business algorithms
Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field with 6+ years of experience
PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field with 4+ years of experience
Experience in operationalizing AI/ML solutions in a business context
Strong capability in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks effectively
Familiarity with Agentic AI technologies
