Opportunity to grow into senior roles (Director, VP, or Chief People Officer) and lead strategic initiatives within the People & Culture function. In-office role with in-person collaboration; occasional remote work and travel for training, recruitment, or events. Key Responsibilities

Employee Relations: Advise management and employees on HR policies, resolve conflicts, and foster an inclusive, positive work environment. Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Oversee recruitment processes, ensure equitable hiring, manage relationships with agencies, and coordinate onboarding. Performance Management: Lead performance processes, coach managers, and design development programs. Compliance and Risk Management: Stay current on labor laws and ensure policies and documentation are compliant. Compensation and Benefits Administration: Advise on compensation structures, manage benefits, and communicate changes. Training and Development: Assess needs, develop programs, and support career progression. HRIS and Data Analytics: Manage HRIS and use data to drive insights on workforce trends and effectiveness. Policy Development: Update HR policies and handbook to ensure consistent application. Organizational Culture and Engagement: Lead initiatives to strengthen culture, engagement, equity, and inclusion. Team Leadership: Supervise the People Operations Generalist and mentor team members. Strategic Workforce Planning: Partner with leadership to assess talent needs and plan staffing to support business goals. Project Management: Contribute to People & Culture projects, including restructures and system implementations. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field; Master’s or HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred. Minimum 6 years progressive HR experience with increasing responsibility. Experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and compliance. Strong knowledge of employment laws and HRIS systems; data-driven decision making. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills; ability to build relationships at all levels. Problem solving, analytical thinking, detail-oriented, and capable of leading a small team. High integrity and confidentiality; ability to handle sensitive matters. Project management, change management, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, continuous learning, and a drive for HR process innovation. Compensation and Benefits
