Senior Accounts Payable Specialist

to join their team. This is a hybrid role based in Edina, MN. We are looking for an experienced AP professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and confident in managing full-cycle accounts payable processes while leveraging ORACLE for day-to-day responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle accounts payable including invoice processing, coding, and approval workflows Handle high-volume invoice processing with accuracy and timeliness Perform 3-way matching of purchase orders, invoices, and receipts Prepare and process weekly payments (checks, ACH, wire) Reconcile vendor statements, research discrepancies, and maintain positive vendor relationships Support month-end close activities including AP accruals and reporting Utilize ORACLE for data entry, tracking, and reporting

Qualifications

3+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience in a high-volume PO & non-PO environment Proficiency in ORACLE required Strong understanding of 3-way match, GL coding, and AP best practices Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
