Job Summary The Financial Analyst II will report to the FP&A Manager. Their primary purpose is to ensure the financial health and operational efficiency is maintained by analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing strategic recommendations to support key decision-making processes within the Johns Hopkins Hospital Finance Department. A minimum of two years of experience in financial and administrative positions, preferably in a medical setting Demonstrates knowledge in financial analysis / modeling Experience with EPSI, Strata, and other financial systems preferred Education Bachelor's degree in business-related field or equivalent finance experience Healthcare or comparable experience preferred Salary Range: Minimum $37.04/hour - Maximum $61.16/hour.
