Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations Process and post customer payments accurately and timely Monitor accounts for overdue payments and follow up with clients professionally Prepare aging reports and support month-end closing activities Communicate with internal teams and clients regarding billing discrepancies Qualifications
Previous experience in financial branch management, financial services, or other related fields Ability to work under pressure Strong knowledge of accounting principles and AR best practices Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) and Microsoft Excel Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong communication and problem-solving skills Company Description
