At Client, the Talent Acquisition Partner (TA Partner) is responsible for full-service recruitment support throughout the organization, including licensed and non-licensed medical professionals, corporate staff, leadership and other skillsets as assigned. Collaborates with Talent Acquisition Team and Hiring Managers to understand candidate requirements and establish effective and creative sourcing initiatives. Foster and cultivate relationships with operation’s managers, key candidates and talent pools for just-in-time sourcing and strategic long-term pipeline development. Develop, execute, and monitor candidate search campaigns using a variety of internet search engines to produce quality candidates. Develop and execute innovative search techniques to generate a pool of candidates necessary to staff open positions. Research and adopt innovative tools and approaches to sourcing efforts. Build relationships and interface effectively with internal and external customers/partners. Deliver high-quality, pre-screened active and passive candidates. Follow up with both candidates and hiring managers as needed. Report on effective recruiting trends and make recommendations based on recruiting data. Manage applicants for assigned positions; interview, screen, and refer candidates as required. Support Talent Acquisition planning and implementation, evaluation, and improvement of processes, including data collection and reporting. Advance online recruitment strategies including the Client recruitment webpage, social media, and agencies. Attend job fairs, develop relations with community and regional physicians, and coordinate/host recruitment events (on-site and virtual). Conduct behavioral-based initial interviews and research with prospective candidates to identify the most appropriate fit. Provide on-site support to candidates and hiring teams or lead interviews to ensure an exceptional candidate experience. Summarize interview feedback and forward candidate evaluations to the hiring manager. Monitor deadlines during offer negotiations and act as a neutral liaison with candidates to resolve negotiations, including tracking and documenting offers. Ensure candidates have an exceptional experience from first contact through onboarding. Prepare materials and attend job fairs and career days. Competent in using Client’s applicant tracking system, Oracle, and other HR and Recruitment-related systems. Advise and educate managers on recruitment strategies, policies and procedures. Backup onboarding process or TA Specialist as needed. May participate in administration and/or maintenance of HR databases; prepare, analyze and report as required. Model values, demonstrate compliance with regulatory and strategic directives, and uphold System standards. Meet performance standards and goals such as sourcing, pipelining, time-to-fill, and conversation rates as assigned. Assist with other recruitment activities as part of the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources team as assigned. Performs other duties as assigned. Job Specifications

Education:

Bachelor degree in healthcare administration, health-related field or business administration is required or a minimum of 8 years of experience in technical, healthcare, executive level recruitment and high-volume Sourcing; may be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree. Licensure/Certification:

Recruitment Certification, AIRS Certification preferred. Experience

Minimum 5 year(s) of experience in licensed and non-licensed healthcare/hospital sourcing and full-service recruitment; high-volume growth recruitment in health organization preferred. Requires data management and business intelligence skills. Demonstrated high level skill with Boolean searches. Experience with cold calling, cold emailing, texting and vetting candidates sourced. Experience with applicant tracking systems and CRMs; Oracle experience preferred. Must be self-motivated and a self-starter who works well under pressure. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects. Requires initiative, accountability, and a commitment to service excellence. Requires a broad range of experience recruiting multiple skill sets and job functions. Skills

Knowledge and understanding of the healthcare industry, terminology and standards. Must be self-motivated and a self-starter who works well under pressure. Highly organized with demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage a high volume of requisitions. Superb verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships.
