Job Summary

The Product Operations Lead is part of the store leadership team and is responsible for executing the store product strategy, including product operations and inventory management. They lead inventory shifts, oversee all back of house (BOH) product operations, ensure the floor and BOH are stocked and organized, and provide input to team member performance evaluations and hiring decisions. They act as Supervisor on Duty (SOD) when on shift and deliver a world‑class guest experience on the floor. Core Responsibilities

Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life. Plan, prioritize, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs. Ensure execution of product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing). Engage team members in inventory management and create a productive shift environment. Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell‑through strategy and product availability for guests. Analyze daily business data and metrics to inform actions and provide recommendations on product focus or pricing where applicable. Participate in the store’s hiring process, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training recommendations. Provide coaching and feedback to team members to support learning and development. Contribute to a respectful, inclusive team environment and establish supportive working relationships. As Supervisor on Duty, lead from the floor to ensure guests receive technical product education and a world‑class guest experience. Job Requirements

Must be legally authorized to work in the country of the store location. Ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation. Schedule/Availability

Work schedule can vary based on store needs. Shifts typically include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. During peak times or events, schedule may include early mornings or late nights/overnights for some team members. Experience

At least 1 year of work experience. Experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics; experience using business technology to accomplish work. Experience in leading, mentoring, delegating, or implementing processes with others. Assets (nice to have)

Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent or higher. Experience in retail, sales, distribution center, or warehouse operations; ability to review and interpret business reports and metrics to inform action. For experiential stores with food/beverage service: food safety and/or liquor service certification. What We Look For

Work in diverse store areas, including front of house with bright lights and loud music, and back of house with limited natural light. Team environment, may work independently, and use computers or other technical devices. May involve moving boxes up to 30 lbs and using ladders as needed. For experiential stores with food/beverage service: may involve operating kitchen equipment and exposure to heat. Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay Range: $21.50 - $24.74/hour (subject to local minimums). Target Bonus: $2.00/hour.
