The Product Operations Lead is part of the store leadership team responsible for executing the store product strategy, including product operations and inventory management. They lead inventory shifts, oversee all back of house (BOH) product operations, ensure the floor and BOH are stocked and organized, and provide input to team member performance evaluations and hiring recommendations. They act as Supervisor on Duty (SOD) when leading inventory shifts and deliver a world-class guest experience when scheduled on the floor. Core Responsibilities
Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life. Plan, prioritize, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities in accordance with SOPs. Execute product actions (e.g., pull backs, consolidations, repricing). Engage team members in inventory management by creating a fun and productive atmosphere for the shift. Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy and product availability for the guest. Review and interpret daily business data and metrics to inform actions, including sell-through data and pricing recommendations for outlets. Participate in the store’s hiring process, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training. Provide feedback and support for team member development through coaching, recognition, demonstrations, and hands-on experiences. Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment. As Supervisor on Duty, lead from the floor to ensure guests receive technical product education and a world-class experience. Job Requirements
Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located Must be able to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation Schedule/Availability
Work schedule varies based on store needs Shifts typically include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays During peak times or events, may include early mornings or late nights Experience
1 year of work experience Some experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics, including using business technology to accomplish work Some experience in leading, mentoring, delegating, or implementing processes Job Assets (nice to have; not required)
Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent or higher Experience in retail, sales, distribution center, or warehouse operations; ability to review and interpret business reports and metrics Experiential stores with food/beverage service: food safety and/or liquor service certification What We Look For

Base Pay Range:
$21.50 - $24.74/hour (subject to location minimums) Target Bonus:
$2.00/hour Total Target Base Pay Range:
$23.50 - $26.74/hour Base compensation reflects market location and may vary by knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. Eligible for bonus program and equity offerings where applicable.
