6 months (potential contract to hire or to extend) Compensation:
$25.00 - $28.00 per hour Schedule:
Monday-Friday from 8am - 4:30pm What you\'ll do as the Office Manager
Answer and direct calls through the main phone line with professionalism and care. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, as well as office supply inventory. Maintain overall office cleanliness, including common areas, conference rooms, and kitchen spaces. Receive and process water samples from contractors. Organize and set up office events. Support senior staff with administrative needs and ad hoc projects. Serve as the main point of contact with the property manager, submitting work orders and sharing important notices with the team. Print, assemble, and prepare hard copy requests such as proposals, bids, reports, and other materials. Maintain inventory of items for bid submittals and other office needs. What you\'ll bring to the Office Manager role
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with technology. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset. Experience in customer-facing or receptionist roles (1–2 years preferred). High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree a plus. Bonus skills such as office management experience or notary certification are highly valued.
