AAA - The Auto Club Group, is seeking ambitious, business-minded, and visionary Entrepreneurial Agency Owners to join our team! This opportunity is for self-motivated, results-driven businesspeople interested in building a profitable, multi-line insurance agency. You’ll own and grow an insurance agency that serves new and prospective AAA Members. You’ll sell property and casualty, life insurance and AAA memberships along with other products, to a well-defined and loyal client base. Compensation and Benefits

Start with a solid foundation: The EA model is designed to serve the needs of our members. There is much thought, data, and research that goes into our candidate selection, interview process, and agency location placement. We provide EAs with assistance on how to successfully launch and develop their agency into a sustainable and profitable business year over year. Step-by-step onboarding: A detailed deployment plan providing guidance to ensure compliance with AAA protocols and standards. Comprehensive education: A mix of in-person and virtual training, covering core business skills, sales, customer service, products and systems. Resources to help you grow and evolve: Access to licensed staff, financial management, business planning support, and a network of experienced EAs and other business experts. Your AAA recruiter can review specifics with you. Products and Services
You’ll offer programs for autos, bicycles, RVs and motorcycles. You’ll sell property and casualty products including Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Flood, RV, Boat, Motorcycle, Specialty Vehicles and Commercial Lines. You’ll also access brokered products from multiple carriers (varies by state). You’ll sell life products: Term, Universal Life, Whole Life, and Annuities.
