Director of Residential Services

(DRS) is accountable for 24 hour a day leadership of the therapeutic milieu for all units and for the direct supervision and oversight of the Residential Managers (House Supervisors, Unit Coordinators), Milieu Manager and Staffing Coordinator. The DRS will work in close collaboration with the CEO, COO, DON, and Nurse Managers to accomplish the mission of the organization. Through strong leadership, communication, and management skills, the DRS has a vital role in providing all residents with a safe, structured and therapeutic environment. In addition, the DRS is responsible for measuring and reporting program outcomes and developing and maintaining program policies and procedures. Benefit Highlights:

Master’s Level Degree required (Master's of Social Work or other clinical Master's degree equivalent). Required Current Florida Licensed Clinician (LCSW) or (LMHC). 3-5 years hospital experience. EEO Statement
