SandyPines Residential Treatment Center

is seeking a dynamic and talented Director of Residential Services. Universal Health Services, Inc. UHS operates 26 acute care hospitals, 328 behavioral health facilities, 42 outpatient facilities and related services across the United States and other locations. Director of Residential Services (DRS)

is responsible for 24-hour leadership of the therapeutic milieu for all units, and for the direct supervision and oversight of the Residential Managers (House Supervisors, Unit Coordinators), Milieu Manager and Staffing Coordinator. The DRS will work in close collaboration with the CEO, COO, DON, and Nurse Managers to accomplish the mission of the organization. Through strong leadership, communication, and management skills, the DRS provides a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for all residents. The DRS is also responsible for measuring and reporting program outcomes and developing and maintaining program policies and procedures. Qualifications

Education/Training: Master's Level Degree required (Master's of Social Work or other clinical Master’s degree equivalent). Current Florida Licensed Clinician (LCSW) or (LMHC) required. 3-5 years of hospital experience. Knowledge and Skills: Detail oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills. Excellent customer service and organizational skills. Highly effective listening skills. Physical Requirements: Continuous verbal and written communication; ability to hear ordinary conversation; occasional exposure to high-pitched or low-pitched sounds; continuous firm/simple grasping and fine manipulation of both hands.
