The Director of Residential Services (DRS) is accountable for 24-hour leadership of the therapeutic milieu for all units and for direct supervision and oversight of the Residential Managers (House Supervisors, Unit Coordinators), Milieu Manager and Staffing Coordinator. The DRS will work in close collaboration with the CEO, COO, DON, and Nurse Managers to accomplish the mission of the organization. Through strong leadership, communication, and management skills, the DRS has a vital role in providing all residents with a safe, structured and therapeutic environment. The DRS is responsible for measuring and reporting program outcomes and developing and maintaining program policies and procedures. Qualifications
Education/Training: Master’s Level Degree required (Master's of Social Work or other clinical Master's degree equivalent). Current Florida Licensed Clinician (LCSW) or (LMHC) required. 3-5 years hospital experience. Knowledge and Skills: Detail oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills. Excellent customer service and organization skills. Highly effective listening skills. Physical Requirements: Continuous verbal and written communication; hearing normal conversation. Occasional exposure to high-pitched or low-pitched sounds. Continuous firm/simple grasping and fine manipulation of both hands. EEO Statement
