Overview

The Supply and Logistics Specialist facilitates, streamlines and coordinates timely and accurate supply orders and deliveries to all clinics within the organization. The Specialist continuously analyzes inventory counts and forecasts inventory needs for all clinics, and tracks medical equipment shipments and maintenance/replacements as needed. Responsibilities

Obtain and analyze non-negotiable medical supply counts for each clinic to audit inventory health and forecast medical supply needs by clinic. Oversee monthly pre- and post-operative accessory and garment cycle counts, along with supply cycle counts, across 13 clinic locations. Partner with clinic leaders and/or Sr./Director Operations to execute procurement for needed supplies (medical supplies, garments). Monitor external factors (economic, environmental) affecting vendor supply and shipment; propose actions with upper leadership in case of shortages or delays. Collaborate with vendors to identify supply sources; cross-compare vendors and present data analysis to executive leadership for vendor selection or discontinuation. Analyze supply chain performance and recommend process improvements (efficiency, cost savings). Audit inventory levels and perform cycle counts at the warehouse ~four times per year and as needed; adjust order counts to maintain healthy warehouse stock; foster relationships with local vendors. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in documentation. Equipment Oversight

Facilitate replacement or repair of MicroAire equipment and document the process. Conduct ongoing audits to assess MicroAire equipment counts and functionality. Assist in scheduling and overseeing routine maintenance of equipment to ensure functionality. Collaborate with vendors and technicians to promptly address equipment-related issues. GED or High School Diploma Bilingual in English and Spanish HIPAA & OSHA Compliance Certification preferred Experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics management Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of standing, bending, and reaching low or overhead Lifting, pushing and pulling over 25 lbs Travel Requirements

Approximately 30% travel to clinic sites and headquarters
