Casey's Store Managers contribute by creating the fun and helpful store atmosphere that ensures Casey's is Here for Good for guests, team members, and the community. This position oversees all aspects of operating a successful Casey's store, including team management, guest service, merchandising, loss prevention, and food preparation. Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards within your store. Ensure the store is stocked and clean to build strong relationships with guests and communities. Hire, train, develop, and supervise new team members; coach and mentor to help them succeed and grow. Model and coach Casey’s CARES values (Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service). Manage labor budget and staffing for regular hours and special events; ensure scheduling is up to date and communicated. Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability. Oversee daily bookwork, store checks, task lists, counts, audits, merchandise orders; manage inventory and Direct Store Deliveries (DSD); ensure asset protection processes and audits are completed. Partner with the District Manager and store leadership to develop Store Action Plans in response to KPIs and P&L. Attend and complete job trainings and assessments, including ServSafe Food Protection Manager where applicable, and ensure required trainings are completed. Compensation
Starting pay range: $49,600-58,000. Actual pay may vary based on knowledge, skills, abilities, related experience, education, and qualifications. This position is eligible for quarterly and annual bonuses based on store and company performance. Our full salary range for this role extends beyond the hiring range to support growth within the company. What We\'re Looking For
