Overview

Director of RevOps – Dallas, TX (On-site) We are looking for an experienced Revenue Operations professional to support our Sales, Customer Success, and broader GTM teams. This role will be critical in driving forecasting accuracy, operational efficiency, and strategic growth initiatives across the organization. Responsibilities

Capacity Planning:

Partner with Sales, SE, Channel, and CS leaders to set quotas, design comp plans, and issue comp letters. Forecasting:

Own the bi-weekly forecasting process, improve forecast accuracy, and drive field productivity. Reporting & Analytics:

Build and maintain executive dashboards and board-level reporting; ensure data accuracy. Customer Success Ops:

Help scale CS operations by improving processes, tools, and adoption/retention strategies. GTM Documentation:

Maintain clear, updated process documentation. Deal Desk Support:

Serve as backup for deal structure, pricing, and discount guidance. Ideal Candidate

5–10 years in Revenue Operations (Sales, CS, or Post-Sales focus), preferably in high-growth SaaS environments. Proficient with Salesforce, CPQ tools, and reporting platforms. Strong cross-functional communication skills and experience working closely with Finance. High attention to detail, proactive problem solver, and a collaborative team player. Experience with deal desk and quota/territory planning is a plus. Seniority level
