We’re looking for a marketing leader who can combine brains and hustle to architect a powerful ABM engine—someone who can earn trust, drive cross-functional alignment, and make the numbers move. If you get fired up about knowing your key accounts inside and out, rallying teams across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations, and turning insights into plays that close business, this role is for you. Join our growing go-to-market team as our Director of ABM & Growth and own the end-to-end account-based marketing engine.

You’ll partner with Sales leadership to select, tier, and engage the right accounts, design programs that generate pipeline, and build scalable systems to measure and optimize impact. Key Responsibilities Partner with the CMO and SVP of Sales to define Ripple Street’s ABM strategy, target account lists, and tiering framework. Build and continually optimize Ripple Street’s ABM playbook based on performance data and market insights. Become deeply fluent in Ripple Street’s value proposition and ensure every ABM campaign connects back to our business objectives and revenue targets. Champion Sales-Marketing alignment by co-owning pipeline health, participating in account reviews, and keeping all stakeholders focused on growth. ABM Program Design & Execution Design multi-channel, multi-touch ABM plays for our highest-priority accounts — including digital, email, events, and direct outreach. Build messaging frameworks, proposals, and case studies that help AEs personalize outreach and close deals faster. Partner with AEs to orchestrate outreach sequences and ensure prospects are engaged with the right content at the right time. Co-lead joint pipeline reviews with the SVP of Sales and translate data into actionable recommendations. Build tools, templates, and training that arm Sales with everything they need to be successful in ABM motions. Act as a bridge between the field and Marketing—bringing feedback from AEs and Solutions Architects into our campaign strategy and content development. Manage and mentor the Marketing Manager, setting clear priorities and ensuring execution aligns with Sales goals. Partner with Marketing Ops and Sales Ops to align on data hygiene, scoring models, and dashboards that measure engagement and revenue influence. Reporting & Optimization Own ABM contribution to pipeline and revenue growth. Drive measurable engagement lift across top-tier accounts. Establish a system for measuring account engagement, pipeline contribution, and revenue influence—turning data into insights that drive continuous improvement. Present performance regularly to executives and cross-functional teams, recommending next steps to accelerate impact. Skills & Qualifications 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years focused on ABM or enterprise demand generation. Proven track record of building and scaling ABM programs that drive measurable revenue outcomes. Deep understanding of ICP development, account tiering, and complex sales cycles. Skilled in HubSpot (or similar CRM/automation tools), ABM platforms, and campaign analytics. Strong communicator and collaborator who loves partnering with Sales and can inspire cross-functional alignment. Highly organized, resourceful, and results-driven—able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
