Duties include, but are not limited to: data entry, record keeping, monitoring AR/AP, participating in month-end closing, and preparing audits and variance reports. Review the trackers from each specialist (Amounts, Vendor code, date, etc.) to process into SAP Prepare AP/AR upload file for preparation to post the system (SAP) Ensure all charges are billed correctly including AR/AP, Detention, Demurrage, Additional charges, etc. on billing summary Post all manual AR/AO data entry into the operation systems (SAP) Manage and report any accessories charges due to operation issues Maintain all records related to AR/AP entries Post credit memos and reversed invoices and keep all of the records Update the Billing Summary and verify data accuracy Maintain all monthly billing summaries and keep records for billing to HT Prepare month-end reports including Journal Entry preparation Analyze P&L account reconciliation Prepare and generate all manual AR invoices to be sent to HT Manage/update the vendor/customer code file Maintain current accounts information for customers and vendors Create reports (LTL, BX, Ocean, ST, and WH summaries) for month-end preparation Audit the accounting file for dedicated program carriers Other duties as assigned Qualifications

Minimum Education: High School/GED Education & Experience: High School Diploma/G.E.D required; Bachelor's Degree preferred 1 - 2 years of direct experience in accounting, freight forwarding required; 2 - 5 years preferred Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and database management systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Detail-oriented and highly organized; able to operate with minimal supervision Ability to sit at a desk for long periods; regular computer use Compensation and Benefits

Compensation: $52,000 - $56,000 per year (subject to compensation study upon candidate selection) Benefits may vary by location.
