Overview
The role focuses on architecting solutions to accommodate complex business needs and aligning technologies within the CSDM framework. It includes designing and implementing ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM Discovery and CMDB solutions, ensuring consistency across CMDB processes, and integrating CMDB with external data sources. Responsibilities
Architect solutions to accommodate complex business needs and design architecture to align technologies from our financial client’s Services and infrastructure within the CSDM framework. Design and implement ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM Discovery and CMDB solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to industry best practices. Ensure solution design and process consistency and continuity across the CMDB and the processes that depend on the CMDB. Create written architecture view templates for and document CMDB platform design in conjunction with the CMDB Class Manager. Review and approve requests for administrator log-on credentials and access rights to the CM infrastructure. Design, implement, manage, and ensure the effectiveness of the integration of the CMDB with external sources of data (e.g., SCCM, JAMF). Support the development, documentation, implementation, and maintenance of CM and Discovery governance processes, procedures, and policies. Qualifications / Seniority
