The opportunity
Our SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) professionals deliver strategic solutions to help clients transform their logistics operations, improving cost, efficiency, quality and effectiveness. As a Senior Technology Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will interact with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that newly implemented technology solutions meet their needs. Your collaboration with technical teams will be essential in designing and delivering effective system architecture solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. Analyze and validate that implemented technology solutions meet business requirements. Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions. Participate in Explore phase design workshops. Configure SAP EWM and related SAP modules. Design and document functional specifications for custom RICEF solutions. Perform testing of solutions. Support development and delivery of training materials. Provide on-site hypercare support to client warehouse users. Demonstrate technical capabilities with strong business acumen and the ability to assimilate new knowledge. Deliver quality client services, monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed. Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.

To excel in this role, you will need a combination of technical and interpersonal skills. Your ability to build relationships and communicate effectively will be crucial. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in technology requirements definition and analysis. Experience in system configuration design and technology cost-benefit analysis. Ability to manage client relationships and communicate with impact. Ability to assimilate requirements into effective business solutions, translating them into SAP and non-SAP configurations.
To qualify for the role, you must have
A bachelor’s degree required. Typically, 2 - 4 years’ relevant experience with SAP EWM. Strong technical skills in application functional design. Expertise in technology requirements definition, analysis, and mapping. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills. Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues (regulations, industry practices, new technologies). Ability to build and manage relationships effectively. Critical thinking and complex problem-solving abilities. Flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel estimated at 40-60%.
Ideally, you’ll also have
Prior consulting industry experience or deep functional experience. SAP certification(s). Experience with at least one full lifecycle implementation of SAP EWM. Hands-on SAP system configuration experience. Experience designing custom RICEF solutions and writing functional specifications. Experience writing and executing test scripts and training materials for end users. Knowledge of warehouse operations for distribution and/or manufacturing facilities.
