Associate Supply Chain Finance Manager

and to help keep the financial gears of the supply chain running smoothly. You’ll be the analytical powerhouse behind the reporting, forecasting, and cost accounting efforts—collaborating across departments to make sure every dollar is accounted for and every decision is data-driven.

What You’ll Be Doing

Crunch numbers and craft monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports that make sense and make impact

Post journal entries like a pro to support month-end cost accounting across supply chain operations

Forecast the future (financially speaking) and help build budgets that align with our big-picture goals

Dive into variance analysis to uncover what’s working—and what needs a second look

Build and maintain financial models and dashboards that track KPIs and tell a compelling story

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure consistent, accurate reporting

Create ad hoc reports and presentations that wow senior leadership

Help streamline financial processes and systems for maximum efficiency

Keep us compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements—because rules matter

What You Bring to the Table

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

2–5 years of experience in financial analysis (bonus points for consumer products industry experience!)

Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP & FP&A systems

A sharp analytical mind and eagle-eye attention to detail

Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit

Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a love for continuous improvement

Tools of the Trade

Microsoft Excel (Advanced)

ERP & FP&A systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Anaplan—whatever makes your spreadsheets sing)

Financial modeling software

Dashboard tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

Pay Details:

$100,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
