The Senior Asset Protection Manager is responsible for driving the Asset Protection and shortage control programs in the assigned Zone. The role is accountable for meeting or exceeding shortage goals in all regions within the assigned Zone. The role manages investigations, oversees training of store-level managers and associates, and leads resolution of shortage-related issues. The Sr. Asset Protection Manager is the primary communicator between stores and the VP of Asset Protection - Stores on Asset Protection issues and concerns. Responsibilities

Embody the values of the Asset Protection Mission Statement to protect profitability, act as a change agent, and foster an environment of diversity and inclusion. Implement company shortage and safety programs and directives. Proactively innovate, develop, implement, and manage programs to reduce shortage, including preventing and detecting theft and dishonesty. Drive shortage reduction plans and program compliance for assigned regions. Manage resolution of shortage opportunities based on high-level analysis of regional shortage. Establish and maintain strong relationships with business partners including Human Resources and Operations at all levels. Ensure adherence to company policy and procedures; investigate violations of Asset Protection and Company policy. Drive compliance of data security and safety guidelines. Manage multiple levels of information with appropriate confidentiality; secure sensitive information. Serve as subject matter expert on Asset Protection systems, policy, and procedures. Direct and supervise external and internal investigations, including ORC investigations, in accordance with case procedures, standards, and laws. Maintain positive relationships with law enforcement personnel. Foster learning environments to train Associates on system applications, policies, and procedures; lead training classes as required. People manager responsibilities: hiring decisions, performance management, training, scheduling, etc.; identify and develop next-level talent. Provide direction and training for Store Asset Protection Teams within assigned regions; participate in evaluations of these teams; ensure Asset Protection awareness training for all associates. Ensure strong awareness in stores without Asset Protection staffing within assigned regions. Manage Asset Protection budgeted resources and the effective utilization of security systems. Manage projects on schedule and within budget (including new store openings, remodels, and closings); complete special projects with a teamwork and collaborative approach. All associates are expected to follow all laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. Education / Experience Requirements

Position Contribution Level: Expert Minimum Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree and/or 4+ years of equivalent experience Specific Certifications: Wicklander-Zulawski Intermediate knowledge of business applications such as Tableau, Oracle BI Publisher, Data Warehouse Preferred Education & Experience

Master's degree and/or 6–8 years of experience 5+ years of Asset Protection experience Preferred Certifications: LPQ, LPC, or CFI Investigative Interview Training Prior diversity and cultural sensitivity training is a strong plus Experience with exception-based reporting and analytical tools Experience investigating Organized Retail Crime is strongly desired Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook Knowledge / Skills
