Job Description City:

NYC, NY Onsite/ Hybrid/ Remote:

Remote, (local to NYC/ Bristol/ Orlando)

Duration : 3 months, potential extension

Rate Range : Up to$57/hr on W2 depending on experience (no C2C or 1099 or sub-contract)

Work Authorization : GC, USC, All valid EADs except OPT, CPT, H1B

Must Have: 2-3+ years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or performance marketing Strong direct response marketing background Hands-on knowledge of paid media platforms (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Google Ads, DV360, Yahoo DSP, Google Campaign Manager, etc.) Experience with automation tools (Smartly preferred; Airtable, Excel, or other workflow automation tools also valuable) SQL and data background (plus, not required) Strong project management skills with attention to detail Knowledge of campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting workflows Experience evaluating and working with AI-powered marketing tools Responsibilities: Support the automation arm of paid media campaign workflows (not campaign management) Identify, evaluate, deploy, and maintain automation tools across paid media operations Build scalable campaign structures using automation to streamline setup, trafficking, testing, and reporting Collaborate with partners and internal teams to determine campaign workflow improvements Act as a subject matter expert for marketing automation tools; help templatize and standardize processes Integrate and maintain AI tools for predictive modeling, creative iteration, and budget/bid management Partner with DSPs, SSPs, and publishers to support automation initiatives Support reporting automation and contribute to building in-house tools that reduce manual campaign setup Work cross-functionally to align automation initiatives with larger acquisition and performance marketing goals Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required 2-3+ years of paid media experience; ability to "hit the ground running" Experience with automation implementation and process streamlining Proactive and resourceful; comfortable working in a small, fast-moving, "builder" team environment Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data-driven decision-making Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate across internal and external stakeholders Entertainment/streaming experience a plus, but not required
