Northrop Grumman\'s Chief Information and Data Office (CIDO) is looking for a dynamic, innovative Enterprise Services Program Manager in the Aeronautics Systems Sector CIDO PMO. This role provides technology thought leadership, strategy, and IT management for the Autonomous Collaborative Platforms (ACP) Directorate in the Research and Advanced Design (R&AD) Division in Redondo Beach, CA, serving as a customer liaison between functional areas, the ACP programs, and the CIDO organization. Note : Due to the classified nature of the work, there are no virtual or telecommute options. Applicants should be willing to work on-site. Responsibilities IT strategy and operational activities including service delivery, requirements gathering, infrastructure solutions, and project execution. Liaison between facilities and security to drive optimal IT service environments for ACP sites. Align IT services with the Aeronautics/CIDO sector operating models, strategies, objectives, and investments. Coordinate with directorate leadership and end users to plan, implement, and sustain IT solutions meeting sector and program objectives. Act as the CIDO ambassador to programs, leadership, and customers. Monitor customer satisfaction and engage CIDO resources to meet IT service level objectives. Identify and coordinate solutions to systemic technical and service delivery challenges. Develop and present IT budgets, provide monthly financial analysis and reporting to AS IT leadership. Foster leadership and collaboration across the R&AD division to support IT enterprise initiatives. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and 14 years of IT experience; or Master’s degree and 12 years of IT experience 5+ years of experience with MS Office tools: Word, Project, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel Current DOD Secret level security clearance (minimum) with ability to obtain/maintain Top Secret clearance as a condition of employment Ability to obtain and maintain access to Special Programs Experience providing strategic direction regarding IT products, processes, applications, or technologies Experience with technical solutions, infrastructure implementations, and liaison interfacing for large enterprises Experience briefing and interfacing with executive leadership Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering Management, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or Network Engineering (or similar STEM field) is preferred Previous Enterprise Services Program Manager experience Active Top Secret, TS/SCI, SAP/SAR access, or Polygraph is preferred Familiarity with Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems business and government customers Broad IT infrastructure, business applications, and IT operations background Ability to perform risk/opportunity analysis and prepare cost/technical proposals Customer-focused with strong leadership and communication skills; ability to drive cross-functional teams in a matrix organization Self-starter, adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic environments Program management experience supporting customer-facing IT requirements IT governance, processes, and automation to provide project visibility and prioritization Additional Information We offer flexible work arrangements, learning opportunities, opportunities to work with a diverse team, and an ERG program.
