What You’ll Do

Lead capital planning and execution for a key business segment, managing budgets and tracking investments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align capital with strategic priorities.

Leverage AI and analytics to enhance forecasting and scenario planning.

Monitor capital performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Drive continuous improvement and support post-approval processes.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).

5+ years’ experience in capital planning, financial analysis, or strategic operations.

Advanced skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).

Experience with AI/ML applications in finance or operations.

Strong communication and ability to influence across functions.

For information about PTO, see One.Walmart. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field and 3 years’ experience in architecture, construction management, engineering, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in architecture, construction management, engineering, or related area.

Managing profit and loss reporting, Managing project budgets, Project Management, Supervisory
