Overview
The Senior Manager, Real Estate - Estimating plays a vital role in supporting the successful execution of construction projects by delivering accurate, timely, and strategic cost estimates. This position partners closely with internal and external stakeholders to align on scope, schedule, and budget, while driving innovation through AI-enabled solutions and continuous process improvement. As a key contributor to the Estimating Team, the Estimator ensures cost transparency, supports new concept development, and helps maintain the integrity of forecasting models critical to enterprise growth.
What you’ll do
Develop and manage estimates for new stores, conceptual designs, fuel stations, remodels and enterprise initiatives.
Lead pricing discussions with internal and external partners, ensuring accurate costing based on scope of work and schedule.
Analyze vendor quotes for completeness, cost accuracy, and value opportunities.
Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to improve estimating accuracy and speed to market.
Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize design, installation, and construction practices.
Monitor market trends and cost drivers, delivering insights and solutions to mitigate future spend.
Identify and communicate value engineering opportunities to facilitate cost reductions.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field and 3 years’ experience in architecture, construction management, engineering, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in architecture, construction management, engineering, or related area.
