Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Project Finances status and tracking for System Projects by working with the Finance team to ensure project financial tracking and performance such as (labor, equipment, and travel costs) are accurate and measured for system projects Track and support revenue recognition Develop and maintain data analysis and project tracking via Smartsheet application via dashboards, new capabilities, resources management, data manipulation and tracking Develop and maintain KPI measurements for Projects – including but not limited to: schedule, labor, budget, risk and adherence to processes Develop and maintain both active projects status tracking and after-action reviews of system projects for PM team Develop, manage and maintain various applications including but not limited to: Smartsheet, Master Control, MS Excel with pivot tables, SharePoint with basic workflow management, Visio for process development, etc. Support internal business initiatives for the development of new processes or enhancements to existing processes Kickoff, manage and support small system projects
