Job Summary

Nesco Resource is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Licensing Administrator to join our client's team at the Arizona Board of Osteopathic Examiners in Medicine and Surgery in Phoenix, AZ. This role is critical to protecting public health by enforcing laws governing osteopathic medicine, including reviewing and verifying applicant education, issuing licenses and post-graduate training certificates, and serving as the main point of contact for licensure inquiries. Key Responsibilities

Review and verify the education and qualifications of individuals applying for licenses or permits to practice osteopathic medicine. Process and issue initial licenses and Post-Graduate Training Certificates in a timely and efficient manner. Serve as the primary point of contact for all inquiries regarding licensure processes, providing accurate public information. Ensure compliance with the Code of Federal Regulations, Arizona Revised Statutes, Arizona Administrative Code, HIPAA, and AHCCCS/DDD contract requirements. Maintain organized records and support the timely completion of application reviews. Assist with special projects and perform other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience:

Minimum of one year of administrative or licensing processing experience preferred; healthcare or regulatory experience a plus. Skills:

Proficient in application review, data entry, and record management. Strong communication and customer service skills for handling public inquiries. Knowledge of regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA, Arizona statutes) a plus. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely processing. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office or similar software.
