Front Desk Receptionist
to be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a polished, client-service mindset. Salary/Hourly Rate: $20/hr Position Overview: The Front Desk Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment at all times. This role is central to maintaining smooth office operations, supporting attorneys and staff with administrative tasks, and upholding the firm’s reputation for exceptional client service. Responsibilities of the Front Desk Receptionist:
Greet clients and visitors in a professional, welcoming manner.
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls promptly and accurately.
Manage conference room scheduling and coordinate meetings.
Handle incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
Maintain the reception area to ensure it is organized and presentable.
Provide administrative support such as scanning, copying, and filing.
Assist attorneys and staff with general office needs as requested.
Required Experience/Skills for the Front Desk Receptionist:
1+ year of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or client-facing role (law firm or professional services experience a plus).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain composed under pressure.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
