Enterprise Account Executive
to lead and grow customer relationships with leading hospitality brands, financial institutions, and select Fortune 1000 companies with high-volume call center requirements. You will develop new customers, build executive-level relationships, define account strategy, deliver solution-based sales, and drive revenue growth. You will act as a trusted advisor to evangelize a solution for voice call management, aiming to significantly improve customer experience and related business goals. You will contribute to PolyAI’s growth by winning new business, delivering great solutions in collaboration with customers, and exceeding sales and revenue targets. Responsibilities
Identify and engage with customer experience, operations and technology executives at Fortune-class enterprises and rapidly growing medium and large private and public companies Build relationships with key customer teams in business units, operations, technology, finance, and procurement Understand customer needs, present solutions, and craft innovative approaches to adoption of PolyAI solutions Meet or exceed goals for new customers, bookings, and sales/revenue Provide accurate forecasting, qualification and account plans, solution requirements and sales pipeline management Work with CRM and other tools to maintain internal tracking and reporting of sales activity Provide an exceptional customer experience to all prospects and customers Acquire and maintain a high level of subject matter expertise and support a consultative high-value customer experience Collaborate with PolyAI team members and leadership to provide feedback on market conditions, product performance and brand acceptance Qualifications
Experience selling to enterprise decision makers, including executives and technical leaders. Sales experience with Call Center operations in hospitality, insurance and finance/banking is preferred Demonstrated success selling to enterprise-class customers in industries including hospitality, travel, insurance, finance and banking Proven results meeting/exceeding sales goals, new customer contracts, revenue expansion, and product adoption Proven ability to meet and exceed annual sales targets and revenue quotas Experience selling SaaS, systems and performance software; ability to communicate analytical results Demonstrated ability to develop customer-specific proposals and business cases Ability to communicate the benefits of complex, technical solutions to early adopters and executives; knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a plus Compensation and Benefits
We provide a competitive salary range for this role –
$300,000 - $350,000 OTE
– depending on level and experience. Final compensation based on qualifications, experience, and scope of the role. In addition to salary, this position includes equity in the business.
