Sales Director / Senior Sales Director - New York - $160K-200K base + Double OTE - 3-4 Days in Office Manhattan Join a Venture-Backed CTV Ad Tech Innovator We are a fast-growing, AI-powered Connected TV platform helping global brands scale impactful video campaigns with precision targeting and immersive ad formats. Backed by recent funding, we are expanding aggressively in the U.S. and seeking senior sales talent to drive adoption across the buy-side. What You\'ll Be Doing
Develop and execute U.S. sales strategy targeting brands and agencies. Manage full-cycle sales: outreach, presentations, negotiations, and deal closure. Build and grow high-value client relationships at executive level. Act as a trusted advisor on advanced CTV solutions, educating clients on innovation and performance. Collaborate with product, marketing, and campaign teams to ensure client success. What We\'re Looking For
5-7+ years in digital media or CTV ad sales. Proven record closing six-figure+ enterprise deals. Strong communicator and negotiator with executive presence. Deep understanding of programmatic/CTV landscape and agency ecosystem. Experience working with product and marketing teams in a high-growth environment. Package
