Collaborating with UK leadership to develop and implement a US go-to-market strategy. Coordinating with UK support teams (Strategic Solutions, Client Services, Ad Ops, Finance, Marketing), with plans to expand these functions in the US as the business grows. Selling to Agencies and Brands across the US market to expand their platform offering. As the first person on the ground, you will be responsible for taking the product to market and scaling the business. Identifying key trade events in the US market. Actively hiring as revenue increases. Required Experience/Skills

4+ years of experience selling digital advertising to agency clients in the US, particularly in NYC Proven success in building and managing agency relationships Strong presentation skills and the ability to engage at all levels Deep understanding of the US market and agency landscape, with a data-driven, audience-focused approach Passion, energy, and strong in-market relationships Health, Dental and Vision cover Generous 401K Bonus Scheme Bespoke 121 training Exposure to senior business processes and the founders of the company Job function & Industry
