Premier Group is recruiting an accomplished and strategic Sales Director on behalf of a global technology and professional services company serving the Manufacturing and Consumer Goods verticals. This organization delivers innovative digital solutions, operational expertise, and industry-focused services to help clients transform how they work and compete. This is a fully remote position, with preference for applicants residing in Michigan. Base pay range

$175,000.00/yr - $195,000.00/yr Additional compensation

Drive both new business acquisition and account growth across an assigned portfolio. Build trusted relationships with senior executives and decision-makers in client organizations. Execute a strategic sales plan that consistently meets or exceeds revenue targets. Identify and pursue opportunities in target verticals through market research and networking. Serve as a senior individual contributor, while collaborating with leadership to build high-performance, customer-focused teams. Oversee RFP participation, pricing negotiations, and deal structuring to deliver business value. Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting through contract negotiation and close. Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, delivery, and solutions) to ensure seamless client engagement. Develop proposals, statements of work, and compelling value propositions tailored to client needs. Maintain a strong, active sales pipeline with accurate forecasting in CRM. Oversee client satisfaction and retention by addressing concerns proactively and ensuring value delivery. About You

Proven success selling technology consulting, professional services, or digital transformation solutions to Manufacturing / Consumer Goods verticals. Consistent track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas in enterprise-level engagements. Strong network and experience engaging with senior stakeholders (Director, VP, C-suite). Skilled in solution selling, consultative sales approaches, and value-based conversations. Skilled in Global Delivery Models (Onshore/Nearshore/Offshore). Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. Experience managing large, complex sales cycles and coordinating multiple internal stakeholders. Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and results-driven, with a passion for solving complex business challenges. Highly self-motivated with strong business acumen and the ability to work independently.
