As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing the store's inventory effectively, ensuring our shelves are fully stocked to enhance the customer experience and meet sales objectives. This position embodies the expertise in all inbound and outbound inventory processes, guaranteeing accuracy and efficiency throughout.

Your responsibilities will include:
Creating a service-oriented culture to foster lasting customer relationships.
Accurately processing incoming and outgoing inventory.
Verifying that all merchandise deliveries meet Company standards.
Preparing merchandise for the sales floor while adhering to all ticketing and signage guidelines.
Applying EAS tags to merchandise before placing it on the sales floor in alignment with Loss Prevention protocols.
Timely inputting all freight information into the appropriate systems.
Efficiently executing all RTVs, orders, transfers, re-tickets, or markdowns according to Company policies.
Coaching the sales team on inventory control processes to enhance the customer experience.
Achieving high productivity by meeting units per hour (UPH) targets.
Maintaining a clean and orderly stock room in compliance with Company and State guidelines.
Following all local, federal, and state laws alongside Company policies and procedures.
Performing additional duties as assigned by management.
Exhibiting professionalism in communication, teamwork, and appearance while working with customers, team members, corporate partners, and vendors.
