Role Overview As a Founding SDR, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth. You’ll have the unique opportunity to develop outreach strategies, shape the sales pipeline, and work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, growth, and product. This role is ideal for someone eager to make a tangible impact at a rapidly scaling start-up.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting

Conduct inbound lead qualification to maintain a robust sales pipeline

Gain a deep understanding of the platform and the competitive landscape

Manage top-of-funnel lead generation, executing high-volume outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calling) to engage prospective clients at scale

Track and analyze outreach metrics (open rates, reply rates, call conversions) to optimize effectiveness

Build and document scalable outbound strategies, creating playbooks for future SDR team members

Experience and Skills

1+ years of experience in SaaS Sales

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset

Experience in a start-up environment is a plus

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
