Customer Service Representative

Your prompt resolution of customer inquiries and concerns will help us maintain high standards and achieve sales goals. The position requires interaction with various customers, and you will have access to cash, electronic payment methods, and merchandise. To ensure the safety of our customers and staff, a review of criminal history will be part of the hiring process. Responsibilities: Ensure customer satisfaction through outstanding service. Assist customers in determining their needs and provide suitable product recommendations. Build trusting relationships with retail and wholesale customers. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintain organized work order files and product formulas. Stock shelves and create visually appealing product displays. Mix and tint products to meet customer specifications. Help in the loading/unloading of delivery trucks as needed. Keep the store clean and well-maintained. Adhere to inventory control procedures and suggest improvements for sales. Minimum Requirements: At least 18 years of age. Legal authorization to work without needing sponsorship. Valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. occasionally. Willingness to work evenings and weekends as scheduled. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent. One year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service. Experience selling paint and related products. Knowledge of tinting and mixing equipment.
