TESA Talent
Overview
You will support customers by performing regular maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of laboratory instruments for our client, which includes pharmaceutical laboratories, research institutions, and pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. Duties Include:
Service HPLC, LC/MS instruments at clients' labs Effectively communicate with customers and account team members to troubleshoot, diagnose, provide repair updates, train end-users, and ensure full resolution of all customer needs Establish fluency in relevant service documentation, including but not limited to preventative maintenance service reports, IQ/OQ documentation, and other service documentation Providing customers and other personnel within the assigned region with the necessary support and documentation required to effect instrument repairs, maintenance, and installations Travel as required to provide service support to customers and other company personnel (up to 40%) Knowledge and Skills:
At least 2 years of experience maintaining and troubleshooting electromechanical equipment Experience with LC/MS instruments, ideally Q-TOF Able to travel regionally, including overnight travel, and need a valid driver’s license Military experience is a plus What To Expect:
