Overview As the Store Manager, you will be the ultimate Pandora Fan, fully immersing yourself in our brand, culture, and product while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads and Sales Associates, spend quality time on the sales floor, and drive sales.

Create unforgettable shopping moments with excellent product knowledge and brand loyalty.

Coach and inspire the sales team, provide real-time feedback, and empower the team to achieve KPIs.

Foster authentic connections and loyalty with customers beyond transactions.

Build a network and attract top talent across seasonal and core hiring, including Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates.

Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resources to address performance issues and policy violations.

Ensure timely implementation of visual merchandising directives, efficient operational processes, and ongoing talent development.

All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

At least 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment.

Strong communication skills with care in both written and verbal form.

Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization and captivate an audience.

Sharp business acumen with analytical thinking and a track record of delivering positive results.

Talent for recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams, with succession planning and internal mobility.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and retail point of sale systems.

Eligible to work: at least 18 years old with the ability to provide proof of identity and eligibility.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds; timely arrival to work.
