We are seeking a reliable and personable individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist in the Customer Support department of a leading Marketing & Branding company.

Key Responsibilities Greet all visitors, clients, and colleagues in a welcoming, professional, and friendly manner. Answer, screen, and direct telephone calls and manage the company's main inbox, providing accurate information or redirecting as appropriate. Manage incoming and outgoing post and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution within company standards. Maintain the appearance and organization of the front desk, lobby, and meeting rooms. Assist with scheduling client meetings, interviews, and room bookings. Provide customer support for basic enquiries about promotional branding products and services, escalating complex issues as required. Monitor and manage visitor logs and security processes to ensure compliance with company and data protection policies. Support administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, invoicing, and document management. Communicate effectively, both face-to-face and in written form, with clients and internal teams, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Perform other related duties as assigned by management. Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role, ideally within the promotional branding or related industry. Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English & Spanish Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour. Good organizational and time management abilities with an ability to multitask effectively. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to operate office equipment, including multi-line phones, scanners, printers, and copiers. Demonstrated reliability and punctuality. Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. High level of attention to detail.
