Seeking professional Clerical/Administrators !!
Shift: 8am-5pm Monday to Friday
Pay $18.00 per hour
We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) receptionist with
5 years of professional experience
to join our team. This is a front-facing role that requires a dynamic, personable individual with strong communication skills and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, both in person and over the phone, and must be able to manage multiple tasks with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional, courteous manner
• Answer, screen, and transfer incoming phone calls
• Assist customers with placing orders and provide general product information
• Coordinate shipping logistics and generate shipping labels
• Maintain organized front desk and lobby area
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Perform general administrative tasks as needed (filing, data entry, supply ordering, etc.)
• Support other departments as needed with clerical tasks
Requirements
•
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
•
Minimum 5 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Comfortable with multi-line phone systems and office software (email, spreadsheets, etc.)
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
