This role is critical to the success of our retail operations. Customer Service Associates collaborate closely with wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, address their queries about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend suitable solutions. Our Associates are dedicated to swiftly resolving any customer concerns, ensuring maximum satisfaction while staying informed about product features and upholding the high quality and visual standards of the store. Achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting sales goals is a key responsibility of this position.
As this position involves interaction with customers, including minors, as well as access to cash, payment methods, and other valuable items, a review of criminal history is necessary to safeguard the company, its operations, and the safety of our customers and staff.
The individual selected for this role will work at Store #7764, located at 2275 Hwy 87 Ste 20, Crystal Beach, TX 77650.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Assist customers both in-store and over the phone by identifying their needs and presenting suitable products and services.
Build trusting relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
Accurately process sales transactions in line with company policies.
Meet and maintain sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Manage precise work order files and formulas.
Retrieve appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse.
Tint and mix products as needed to align with customer specifications.
Restock shelves and set up product displays.
Keep store equipment clean.
Load and unload delivery trucks.
Assist with deliveries when required.
Ensure assigned areas are stocked and visually appealing.
Stay knowledgeable about available products and options.
Adhere to inventory control procedures.
Propose sales improvement strategies.
Minimum Requirements:
Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.
Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs and up to 70 lbs on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.
If internal, must have a performance rating of at least meets expectations (3) on the most recent appraisal.
If internal, must have completed all required HR Cloud eLearning courses.
Preferred Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED.
At least one (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
Experience in selling paint and related products.
Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
Ability to communicate in more than one language.
Ability to communicate in Spanish.
